CPR + AED Awareness Training (1 hour)

Course Overview : The CPR + AED Awareness Training equip you with lifesaving skills and the confidence to respond to cardiac emergencies. It will provide you with up-to-date knowledge to perform CPR and use AED effectively and safely. At the end of the training, you will be able to differentiate between Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heart Attack, understand Chain of Survival and how to use an AED.

CPR + AED Certification Course (3 - 4 hours)

Course Overview : The CPR and AED course combines the CPR practice and usage of AED simultaneously into one complete course. The course is accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and the certificate is valid for two years.

Standard First Aid + AED Certification Course (2 days)

Course Overview : The Standard First Aid + AED Certification Course is designed to provide you with essential knowledge and skills such as bandaging, immobilisation techniques for fracture, effective CPR, and the use of an AED. You will also learn to identify and manage emergency situations as a first aider. The course is accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and the certificate is valid for two years.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED Certification Course (5 – 7 hours)

Course Overview : The Basic Cardiac Life Support and AED Certification course provide you with CPR knowledge and choking measures for adult, children and infant, and the use of an AED. The course is accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and the certificate is valid for two years.

Occupational First Aid Course (3 days)

Course Overview : The Occupational First Aid Course is designed to increase awareness of possible accidents, identify accidents with casualties and optimise health and performance at the workplace. This course certificate fulfils the first aid certification requirement under the Workplace Safety Health Act and is recognised by the Ministry of Manpower and the certificate is valid two years.
